The uniformity of the temperature that normally oscillates between +\/- 0.5 and C, the exchange capacity, which occurs with condensation on the coldest surfaces, combined with a proven plant engineering, allow to obtain excellent results.<\/p>\n<p>Electric autoclaves: heating is done with special electrical resistances and pressurization takes place with compressed air; the temperature is uniform by circulating the air with an electric fan in special ducts.
