Our coatings are the result of years of research and testing carried out with customer support. This collaboration has allowed us to offer today a complete range that meets the most varied needs. Our coatings offer constant hardness, high chemical, thermal and mechanical resistance with excellent dimensional stability with consequent lengthening of the working time between a recti thus allowing our customers to benefit from a reduction in costs but above all excellent process results ensuring excellent production reliability.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Italmatic uses only and exclusively high quality raw materials using only certain suppliers. We can offer rubber and polyurethane coatings with hardness ranging from 30 Sh. to \ufb01no to 75 Sh. D using the different polymers available on the market such as neoprene rubber, silicone, nitrile in various variants, hypalon, ethyl propylene etc. For each application sector:<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

we have developed compounds that enhance the needs of individual applications in order to achieve the maximum in terms of production. Thanks to its technology, Italmatic is able to develop compounds ad hoc for its customers, ensuring their exclusivity. Italmatic coatings can be applied on the most various supports from the classic steel shaft
to those in aluminum or carbon fiber as well as on fiberglass sleeves. Italmatic has developed the best binding system for each material. Italmatic is also able to offer complete mechanical assistance on the drums of our customers with sophisticated controls, balancing and repairs, then providing relative quality certificate. If required we can also supply complete drums.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>
