Electrical and pneumatic design

For us the Electric Project is that document that, in addition to containing the information necessary for the realization of switchboards and electrical systems, must provide all the parties involved in the realization of the machine/ plant all the information necessary to carry out their activities independently.

The designer works in constant synergy with the design and mechanical/electrical assembly and software development teams so that all the necessary information is contained in the Electrical Project and that the same is organized in an intuitive and easy consultation.

All this to ensure that the Electrical Project does not remain just a scheme to create electrical circuits but is actually the reference tool for all those involved in the realization of the contract from the order of materials to post-servicesale through assembly, shipping, installation, starting at the end customer.

Development software PLC & SCADA

The development of such software applications is carried out with a rigorous and «objectoriented» approach to obtain a modularity of functions, greater clarity in the interpretation of the code and its reusability.

The design consists of a sequence of well-defined and precisely specified steps. Each step is followed by methods and specific techniques, which can be based on a combination of theoretical aspects derived from models of reality, empirical adaptations that take into account phenomena that have not been drawn from the model and practical rules that incorporate the results of past experiences.

For each machine/plant, PLC software is created to manage the movements and HMI/SCADA interfaces that allow complete monitoring and control.

Electrical wiring

Wiring of electrical systems on board the machine and electrical installation at the end customer worldwide.

Commissioning and start-up

The Commissioning has its historical roots in the field of shipbuilding where the term was used to describe the process followed to ensure that a ship was seaworthy and ready for service.

Commissioning is now a common practice for industrial plant control systems.

Local and remote assistance

After-sales service on machines and systems both remotely and with on-site intervention worldwide to ensure the correct operation and maximum efficiency of the installed machine.

Consulting and implementation 4.0

We realize industry 4.0 solutions that can be integrated with the customer’s MES systems.

We use the most popular communication standards to ensure easy integration (OPC UA, Profinet, Modbus, MySQL, SQL Server, etc.)
