The new range of machines presented by Italmatic Group at Autopromotec 2025 is particularly interesting, as winner in two categories in this year’s Recircle Awards as Best Retreading Equipment Supplier & Best Retreading Equipment Innovation.

IS1 Sidewall Reading Machine allows to read all information on the tyre sidewall of the incoming casings in the retreading plant, generating a bar code and loading it in the ERP system.

Shearography machine: Shearography is available for all applications and required testing capacities; an optional feature is automatic defect recognition based on AI.

COMBI builder new generation of cushion gum extruder for both traditional precured tread and ring system with sidewall extruder building.

Robot Cementing for the application of cement and water-based solutions on the buffed casings of the exact quantity and without presence of any operator.

Robot Skiving single & double for the automatic detection of anomalies and skiving.

Robot GRV51J high technology robotic plant for the automatic detection of anomalies on OTR buffed casings, automatic skiving also of the tyre sidewall for the first time worldwide, grooving, regrooving with automatic scan of profiles.

Trimming machine new generation fully automatic system for truck tyres.

Autoclave AIT 24 positions with two new worldwide patents for the control and the trace of each single tyre before and after vulcanization, the motorized loading system with the single envelopes vacuum test and Scada system allowing complete supervision and process traceability of each individual tyre.

Truck press VR6 EVO last generation presses for moulds in 6-8-10 or 12 segments up to 20bar working pressure for hight mileage tread.
