ITALMATIC autoclaves for rubber coverings meet the increasingly restrictive needs of users, as they are designed to solve the specific problems of the product or products that will be vulcanized there. The study and experience in the field, allowed us to develop a new generation of machines designed to vulcanize peroxy compounds in the absence of oxygen.
Direct steam autoclaves: heating and pressurization are done with steam. This heating system is particularly effective and suitable for large buildings and weight. The uniformity of the temperature that normally oscillates between +/- 0.5 and C, the exchange capacity, which occurs with condensation on the coldest surfaces, combined with a proven plant engineering, allow to obtain excellent results.
Electric autoclaves: heating is done with special electrical resistances and pressurization takes place with compressed air; the temperature is uniform by circulating the air with an electric fan in special ducts. Pressure and temperature are controlled separately.
