Modular wrapping machine with controlled stretching, complete with extruder, rotary cutter, tilting PCT roll loader, double gripper. This next-generation machine features a 3D profile scanning system and dual gripping arms: one for picking up the tread from the cutter, and one for stretch control.
The roller conveyor automatically adjusts according to the tire diameter. The Ø60 mm extruder includes pegs, and extrusion size is automatically adjusted based on the scanned profile.
Equipped with 3 temperature controllers for thermal regulation, and a hydraulic unit to control the extruder’s movement along the tire and to operate the expandable chuck with the rolling group.
Remote control and support available, Industry 4.0 ready.
