Gomme Piene COMFORT®

Italmatic manufactures and distributes a full range of new solid tires under the brand Comfort®. These are manufactured entirely in Italy (in the factory of Capannori – Lucca), with high quality standards and service at extremely competitive prices.

Unlike the competition that vulcanizes the solid tires in molds to two halves, the solid tires are the only ones to be vulcanized in cylindrical molds to 6 radial sectors and use three compounds to high performance to ensure maximum durability.

The solid tires Comfort® are also available in versions anti-grip, anti-oil, antistatic, high lift, with standard heel or quick coupling (Flash).

Our customers are leading OEM forklift manufacturers and leading industrial tire distributors for the spare parts market.

In the same factory are produced presses for assembly/ disassembly of solid tires from the rim, in five versions to fully meet the needs of each customer.

Finally, Italmatic is specialized in the supply of complete systems and know-how for the production of any type of “new or rebuilt” solid rubber.
