Pieces for inner tubes
The patches Italrepair® are produced by black reinforcement vulcanized with self-vulcanizing rubber substrate, can be cold vulcanized with the use of specific self-vulcanizing products, the edge has been designed to obtain the best adhesion and elasticity for permanent repairs on any air chamber.
Available in round and oval version in all sizes required by the tire market and specialists in the repair of inner tubes.
Rappezzi radiali
Italrepair ® produces a complete line of radial patches for structural repairs of all modern tires from the car, to the agricultural tire and earthmoving, where the quality of the materials is even more important for the value of the tires. Italrepair ® patches allow a repair with cold vulcanization that resists heat, bending and heavy working conditions. These new patches allow them to be used also for autoclave repairs or structural reconstructions of carcasses. These patches are reinforced with a series of cloths to be able to offer maximum strength even in case of very deep repairs.
Universal patches for Tubeless repair
Italrepair® offers all tyre repairers universal patches for tubeless tyre repair in sizes UP3 – UP4.5 round – UP4.5 square – UP6 – UP8, both canned and in bucket. Self-vulcanizing chemical products Italrepair®
The range Italrepair® has been completed with all the series of chemical self-vulcanizing specific to have the best adhesion throughout the repair process of tires and inner tubes, comply with modern regulations on work safety and environmental. Fast Dry Cement available from 1lt and 250ml is a product autovulcanizzante universal fast in the drying; HD Blue Cement available from 1lt and 250ml is specific for vulcanization tires tubeless acne large ideal for large repairs; Repair Sealer available from 1lt and 250ml is a sealant that can be applied after performing the repair to prevent micro leakage on the edges of the patch; Bead Sealer sealant for rim edge in the tire inlay channel; Buffer Fluid vulcanization surface preparation product, ideal after passing the air wheel clean well the area to be vulcanized with Buffer to make it quite rough and improve the adhesion of the patch; Black Hot Cement is the classic for those who still want to use the method of hot curing.
